Original German WWII Tropical .7 Liter Canteen EEF42 Without Cup-This is an authentic WWII-era German tropical canteen, clearly markedEEF 42on the aluminum flask, indicating manufacture in 1942. The original felt cover shows signs of period use, with a few small holes and tears; there appears to be a faint, illegible stamp on the inside of the felt cover.The web strap remains solid, though it exhibits expected wear from field use. The leather retaining strap is complete but somewhat dry with age.
