Original German WWII Luftwaffe EM/NCO Signals (Nachrichten) Collar Tabs-Luftwaffe collar tabs served to identify the soldier's rank and the branch of service they belonged to. Branch was indicated by color and rank was indicated by the presence of gulls, oakleaves, and/or tresse.This authentic set of collar tabs is constructed on orange/rust felt-like wool stands for the Signals Branch with a single silver gull signifying Enlisted Man (EM) rank. The reverse side is mounted on tan buckram backing. Both tabs are in excellent condition.
