Original German WWII First Type Heer Marksmanship Grade I Lanyard-This is an authentic Grade I German Army Shooting Lanyard (Heer), featuring the distinctive twisted aluminum cord in very good to excellent condition. The lanyard has no acorns indicating its Grade I designation.The silvered aluminum badge is included. The twisted cord with both loop ends shows nicely and still retains the white fabric backing--with some stains. The wool backing is still mostly intact on the back of the badge, but it does show some mothing. The lanyard exhibits normal wear, maintaining its integrity and appeal as a collector's item.A fine example of an early war shooting lanyard.
