Original Third Reich NSDAP 10 Year Long Service Without Ribbon-The NSDAP Long Service Awards were instituted in three classes on April 2nd 1939 for award to long serving party members. This 10 Year NSDAP Faithful Service Medal is a nice example of this relatively scarce political award. This 10 Year Long Service medal is the variant known to collectors as the 'thick version.' It is struck from fine zinc, with a bronze finish, but most of the bronze finish is gone/missing. All of the original details are intact with some light, even patina. The original suspension ring is intact, and is unmarked. A great representative of an original piece overall. Salty, but still in good to very good condition.
