It was designed to hold essential tools and materials, including a report pad, pencils, tape, splicing knife, paper labels, and a universal tool. The interior features a divider and designated pencil storage.The pouch is manufacturer-marked, dated 1940, and stamped with a Waffenamt. The leather shows some dryness and could benefit from a light conditioner, though it can also be left as is for preservation. The belt loops on the rear remain in good condition with solid stitching, allowing it to be worn on a belt.
