RARE Original Third Reich 'G' Date 1935 P08 Luger Holster By C. Heinichen Dresden-This is an exceptionally rare and highly desirable original Third Reich 'G' Date 1935 P08 Luger holster, often referred to as the 'Holy Grail' of Luger accessories. Production of holsters in 1935 was extremely limited, likely due to an overstock of 1934 and earlier holsters, with most 1935-dated pistols being issued with older holsters. As a result, holsters from this year are exceedingly scarce.Although no tools are included, the tool pouch leather shows some dryness and minor cracking. The internal lift strap remains intact, while the leather closure strap exhibits some dryness and cracking as well. The flap has a row of stitching with some deterioration, but the second row is fully intact, ensuring the flap is still securely attached to the main body. With a light cleaning and conditioning, this piece could be further preserved. Despite these minor imperfections, this is an extraordinary example of an ultra-rare 1935-dated P08 holster, ideal for militaria & gun collectors.
