Jordan,37, Stacey Road,Magdalen Norwich Norfolk.Private Alfred Albert Jordan,16th Lancers was killed in action on 31st October, 1914,aged 32.The Son of Henry Dan Jordan and Rachell Marshall Jordan;husband of Eliza Rachel Jordan of 37, Stacy Road,Magdalen Road,Norwich.He was born and enlisted in Norwich and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial.Also entitled to The Queens South Africa Medal, clasps Belfast, Cape Colony, Orange Free State and South Africa 1901.
