A good original pre 1953 Royal Navy 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service QARNNS silver plated example bearing King's Crowned fouled anchor on domed ground, within a laurel wreath surround. Very good condition, complete with single fixed loop, and detached loop present.Height approx 49mm.
