A rare high quality version purchased with unit funds , being die struck and having a nice high relief to the badge design and lettering . To the reverse is the word 'DUTY' thus the plate would be hung this face out when the soldier was on camp duties such as guard etc . Condition is good with light polishing wear and a nice deep patina
