Description

A lovely example of the 1821 pattern Artillery officer's sword, an excellent quality regulation pattern housed in its original field service leather scabbard and with sword frog to hand from the Sam Brown belt. The sword is in superb used untouched condition, guard and grip all as it should be the blade has nice clear clean etching visible showing and artillery gun and King George V Cypher. It has a brass proof button, possibly by Wilkinson, apart from that there are no makers marks, so probably a wartime issue. The leather scabbard is also in very good order but has a few minor scuffs. It measures 41 inches long.Ship to Uk Mainland Only, via courier priced at £13.95 Proof of age required on purchase.
