1930's German Police Shoulder Boards.

A scarce pair of 1930's full size bullion wire shoulder boards for the German State police or Schutzpolizei holding the rank of Meister, equivalent to a Warrant Officer, I believe.The wine colour depicts the Schutzpolizei d. Gemeinden, the civil police officers in small municipalities not covered by a Schutzpolizei station. They were hired and uniformed by the municipalities themselves. They were absorbed into the state police quite early on, so uniform insignia is hard to find.The fronts are in lovely original condition, showing a little wear.
