1930's German Police Shoulder Board.

A single German State Police shoulder board of the rank of Staff sergeant. In very good used condition.The wine colour depicts the Schutzpolizei d. Gemeinden, the civil police officers in small municipalities not covered by a Schutzpolizei station. They were hired and uniformed by the municipalities themselves. They were absorbed into the state police quite early on, so uniform insignia is hard to find.
