This is an early war quality, fine doeskin wool officer's mantle, badged for an SS-HauptsturmfĂŒhrer in ,Der FĂŒhrer' regiment. The badging consists of a sewn in pair of DF-ciphered SS captain's boards piped in infantry, and a bullion sleeve Eagle of high quality, topped off with a machine sewn flatwire ,Der FĂŒhrer' cuff title in Gothic script. All are correct and appear period applied, and showing the same wear and patina as the rest of the garment. A beautiful piece, ready for the SS-VT officer's display. COA accompanies.
