Original period manufacture. A very sound example of a US Army officers hat, size 7. No moth issues, visor edge trim is intact, not crushed or distorted. The sweatshield has deteriorated over the years but most of it remains, some areas of stitching have opened up on the edges of the sweatband. Nice hat overall.
