Original period manufacture. S84/98 pattern bayonet with Crown W 16 marked on the spine, made by F.Herder Solingen. Bright finished blade, sharp point, minor denting along the spine of the blade. Mix of light surface corrosion and staining to the flashguard, pommel and guard. Proper style scabbard with a blue finish, however no visible Imperial crown proofs.
