WW1 1914 Mons Star trio with August to November 1914 claspTo- 8422.A-CPL.G.LAW.2/W.RID.R (1914 Star)& 8422.A-CPL.G.LAW.W.RID.R (Pair)George Law was both born & enlisted in Bradford & first landed overseas in France 14-8-1914 serving with the 2nd battalion of the Duke of Wellington's West Riding Regiment. He was sadly killed in action in France & Flanders 8-11-1914 & having no known grave he is commemorated on the Menin gate memorial at Ypres.The August to November clasp on the ribbon of the recipients 1914 star is a replacement but the recipients entitlement to the clasp is fully confirmed on his M.I.C
