A. Talbot, born on 5 February 1928, who in 1939 was residing with her parents and family at Knaith Laundry, Knaith, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England. A later supplementary notes to the entry show that Barbara E. A. Talbot later changed her surname to Carr (almost certainly a name change at marriage), the amendment with a date 21 July 1958.
