India Late 19th Century Tulwar Sword & Scabbard

Original era manufacture. Polished curved steel blade measuring 29 inches in length, thinner than usually encountered, with a double fuller on each side, running near the entire length.Typical Tulwar style guard and grip, with a nicely etched decoration. Wood bodied scabbard covered with a khaki colored cloth, and steel chape.The blade is rather homemade looking, but with a good temper and quite sharp. Normal age and wear.
