Behind the banner is a design depicting the Ludwigshafen land mass, in a light grey finish on a dark grey background. There is a circular border inscription reading KREISTAG DER NSDAP IN LUDWIGSHAFEN RH.13.17.7. This is a council day badge by F. Mannheim K. Lautern. The pin functions perfectly.
