USA AIRBORNE HELMET - VIETNAM??

OD green painted steel shell with OD webbing chin strap. Strap has extended sections with press studs to attach to inner liner. Some scuffing, NO rust but has a small hole in one side. Plastic AIRBORNE PATTERN liner with internal OD webbing cradle and leather sweatband. Inverted A straps at each side with small buckles fitted to a 2 part OD webbing chin cup with adjusting eyelets. Liner has one of the two press studs to atatch to the outer helmet straps - the other is missing. generally in very good condition Grade 8+. This type of helmet was in use in Vietnam but also used after that conflict.
