DAF 'Ehret die Arbeit und achtet den Arbeiter' Wall Plaque (Wandplakette). The DAF (German Labor-front), originally founded in 1933, became an official NSDAP organization in October 1934. DAF's most important goal was to enforce the political stability of the large mass of work force. Approximately 49,5 x 33 cms sized cast iron plaque with a weight of approximately 6,5kg. The plaque is showing the quote by Adolf Hitler 'Ehret die Arbeit und achtet den Arbeiter' (Honor the work and respect the worker) below a strong image of 3 factory workers. The plaque is in very good condition, only showing some minor surface rust, see photos. Rare and decorative original DAF wall plaque!
