SS Orontes Orient Steam Navigation Company ships wheel badge

A good original circa post 1929 period 'S.S. Orontes Shipping Line gilt and enamel pin brooch', the 'Orient Steam Navigation Company' enamelled flag mounted to the centre of a ship's wheel. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.Diameter approx 27mm.'S.S.Orontes' was in service for 'Orient Steam Navigation Company Shipping Line' from 1929 to 1962, she was a troopship from 1940 until 1947.
