WW1 Battle of Vimy Ridge French Town Crest Badge

A very scarce original First World War 1917 period battle brooch, ornate gilt and enamel French town crest surmounted by castle turrets above 'ARRAS' title, flanked by floral decoration and VIMY title scroll below. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 33mm.
