The large piece of amber is showing (when hold up against the light) an image of the Prussian Eagle between the script 'Staatsehrenpreis' and the script 'für Züchterische Leistungen in der Rindviehzucht'. The amber is mounted on a wooden base measuring approximately 10,5 x 9,5 cms. A small siver manufacturer tag is placed on the reverse indicating production by the Amber Manufactory in Königsberg im Preußen. Rare and decorative original item!
