A rare original 'Butlin's holiday camp staff badge' possibly from Blackpool; gilt brass overlapping squares inlaid with red enamel, inscribed 'BUTLIN' STAFF', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and official low issue number '217'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or enamel loss, gilt finish remains bright.Height approx 20mm.
