Description

This is a very attractive - matching and with certainty very scarcely seen! - pair of WH (Luftwaffe) shoulderstraps as was executed in the typical bluish-toned, so-called: 'HBT'-type cloth and is piped in the bright-yellow- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat der Flieger- o. Fallschirmjäger-Truppen' (or: simple pilot- or paratrooper-soldier) and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem hardly or even never used- nor worn ie. still 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The straps - which measure 10,3 cms. in length each as more often - have the desirable 'silk-like'-type piping attached and simply show hardly any wear nor age). The straps came naturally mounted onto their functional tongues (as can be seen on the pictures). These HBT-styled shoulderstrap-pairs can easily be considered 'fairly scarce' and saw (for example) also usage by the (later-war-period-) so-called: LW 'Felddivisionen' (they were for example used on the 3/4-sized camouflaged FD-smocks). It has been some time that I had an equally nicely preserved - and scarcely found! - Luftwaffe-pair on offer!
