Billige Weisheiten 1933 Torpedo Boot Crew Book

Billige Weisheiten book of cheap wisdom from life aboard a torpedo boot. It is not an extensive book, but it does have some nice illustrations. The author states most of these things are not new ideas, but things you, as a torpedoman, have probably observed. The only date is the the cover art dated 1933. I am not sure if the book is from 1933 or just that particular piece of artwork. There is some damage to some of the pages.
