German Syringe Rekordspritze

Period Rekordspritze German medical syringe in the original cardboard box. The syringe is in good condition, but the box is damaged. The box is missing a number of the end flaps. One end is now completely open. I am assuming this to be wartime or prewar as it has no postwar markings.
