German Weimar Musical Cigarette Box

Original pre WWII German musical table top cigarette box. The map of Germany shows post WWI Weimar Germany. The case has some minor damage and wear. The music box does still work quite well. When opened, it startsplayingand it elevates two little cigarette trays, one of which is also fitted with an elastic band to hold them in place. This is one of those items that almost feels out of place in time. It is an art deco piece, but it does have a grandpa's office in 1970 vibe. But the materials and construction are pre war. Nice, interesting piece.
