One shield is for the DAF and the national eagle for the Heer/Wehrmacht. A quotation attributed to Adolf Hitler is below. It is dated June 1942. The poster appears to have been period hung and removed, has two small holes in the bottom corners for tacks, does have damage at the top, which appears to shorten it and on one side with one medium rip and little rips.
