US M1880 Army Hunting Knife & Scabbard, Springfield Arsenal

Original era manufacture. A very clean example with a brass guard, and turned oak grip. The blade is bright and clean with no issues, light spotting from age but it has not been sharpened. The only comment would be that there is a very small 'tweak' in the cutting edge.Very sound black leather scabbard with tight stitching, brass reinforced throat, with a brass suspension hook.
