MECO Military Flashlight French?

MECO military flashlight. It is in good condition,but I could not get it to work properly, The main contact needs cleaning and it might not be making a proper connection to the lightbulb through the painted case. This has a push to light on button with a screw down lock to prevent it from accidentally turning on.
