Description
Original Third Reich Customs Border Police 'Zollgrenzschutz' Cuff TitleThe Zollgrenzschutz (Customers Border Police) cuff title was worn instead of a breast or sleeve eagle to identify personnel as members of the organization. It was first presented in March of 1938 and officially introduced in December of the same year. The cuff title was worn on the lower left sleeve. The embroidered eagle on this authentic cuff title features the distinctive 'upturned wing tips'. It is made from silk-like material with a flatwire embroidered eagle and trim. Higher leaders wore a cuff title with gold embroidery. It does show minimal age and a few stains; there's also a few tiny snags in some of the embroidery. This measures approximately 40.5cm x 3.5cm. Overall this remains in excellent condition.
