George Butler & Co Bone Handled Knife c.1882

A lovely and rare mid-Victorian bone-handled knife bearing the maker's name, 'George Butler & Co.', on the blade, together with their Key trademark, registered in 1882. However, the blade also has its earlier 1860 registered mark, featuring the word 'ART' in an oval.The knife has firm joints and a strong spring, together with bone scales, all in superb condition with no wobble.A very nice knife suitable for everyday carry.Knife overall =Blade length =
