Sklaven der Convoys 1942 Book w Signiature

Original bookSklaven der Convoys(literally:'Slaves of the Convoys') it is a 1942 German publication by Hermann Jung, recounting the experiences of French sailor Jean Perret while serving aboard British convoy ships. There is a signature in the front but I am not sure who's it is. It seems like a signature, not just someone writing their name in their book.
