Roll Garter on Card

Vintage 1930s / 1940s Hollywood roll garter on card. These could be used in place of a garter belt to hold up stockings. They are still stretchy. Marked medium size and made from cotton and rayon. Pale pink color. The card has some creasing and general wear.
