Ocean Pilot German Child's (or Young Woman's) Sailor Hat (Size 53)

Early 1900's German children's (or young woman's) sailor hat. The ribbon says 'Ocean Pilot'. Nautical flags on both sides of the text and on the ends of the ribbons in the back. Some fraying on the ends of the ribbons. Made by Seenixe. Leather sweatband. Fairly good condition with some general wear. Some staining / discoloration inside. It is about a German size 53 (about a US women's size 21 or a men's 6 5/8).
