Repro Bakelite Condom Container Dublosan

Original Bakelite container made into Wehrmacht condom containers with new markings and contents. The Wehrmacht did receive condoms in a variety of containers from paper to aluminum and also Bakelite. This is based on a variety of different examples to be as appropriate looking to the period as possible without going too over the top. Each container is engraved top and bottom and inside are 3 condoms and paper slips. The containers are lightly sealed with a paper strip.The condoms themselves are the old form, correct for the era, non-lubricated and without a reservoir. They are a cheap condom usually used for demonstrations and education. They are also a little bit on the old side themselves (I think they expire this year) as I originally bought them several years ago for a similar project that never quite came together. I do not recommend using them in their traditional capacity, but are a still a fun personal item.The engraving on the containers may vary subtly as the engraving was a bit of an iterative process but they are all extremely close to what is pictured. The Bakelite containers are pre-war from the 1920's-1930's and were reused by a few different companies after the war. I literally had to scrap off a stack of labels from each one and the base layer was for pre-war gramophone needles, but that not to say that was necessarily the original purpose.Price is for one container with three condoms inside.
