German Suspenders

These are post war suspenders that are made almost exactly as they were during the war for the Wehrmacht. See these suspenders between two original issued suspenders in our comparison photo. We have owned originals and the construction and materials are a pretty good match for WWII, including the braided rayon ends. There is some slight color variation both in the elastic and the braided ends. The pictures show the basic variety. Sorry no choice.We added an R.B.Nr. stamp to each pair.Suspenders are in relatively good condition, some pairs have very light age from storage or other non critical issue which effects their appearance slightly but not their function. I have photographed some of the worst staining. These are all several decades old and the nature of the elastic has some variation in the color such as a crease. The elastic seems good on all the pairs we have tested, one or two seemed a little stiff at first but still work perfectly.
