An Australian-made 1915 pattern belt pouch for housing 15 rds of rifle ammunition.This pouch is an early 2nd type with the pillar stud at the top, there were six types produced throughout the duration of the Great War, the rear of the pouch bears the manufacturers mark C.G.H.F (Commonwealth Government Harness Factory) along with broad arrow acceptance marks.This pattern of pouch is often seen in period photos being worn on waist belts of Australian Light Horse troops.Good service used condition, not dried out, still supple, please study the images in regards to condition.**Sorry UK sale only**
