German Blue Dress with White Trim and Detachable Collar(B-36' W-28' H-41')

Vintage 1930s / 1940s German blue polka dot dress with detachable collar.MEASUREMENTS (approximate):Bust- 36'Waist- 28'Hips- 41'Length- 40'Neck- 15'Interesting handmade dress. Nice lace triangle designs on the collar and the hem. There is a snap in collar (she used way too many snaps to attach it). The dress can be worn with or without the collar, giving it a more versatile look.Decent condition with with staining and flaws. The collar buttons up, but is missing the top button.There is some extra material used to stiffen the collar that is a little misshapen.It has a few brown stains (I did not make any attempt to launder it as I am not sure on the material content - it feels like artificial silk). Some loose stitching. Mewa brand side metal zipper.
