US WWII Pattern Combat Medic Badge Sterling Pinback

Original era manufacture. Pin back Could be Korea or Vietnam issue as well although the basic design was introduced during WWII. Sterling marked on the reverse with a horizontal pin attachment. Nice silver patina to the obverse.
