Original era manufacture. White cloth bags with a two color printed decoration of Churchill, Roosevelt and Chiang Kai-shek sitting in a tiny boat. From left to right the balloons read; 'Churchill, don't push me too much or we'll tip over, Roosevelt, stop the commotion as the boat is in danger, Chiang, all this is not my fault'.
