Large Luftwaffe tropical rucksack, with integral adjustable webbed straps, lower strap components are detachable, pack has a large top flap which can be closed using two straps with roller buckles, in addition there is a separate compartment to the pack's front which has its own flap, straps and roller buckles, the top is closed with a length of cording threaded through grommets, the grommets are of steel, all other metal components such as D rings, buckles and strap tips are made of aluminum, pack has an internal cloth divider with separate flap that is closed with two metal dished buttons, with blank ink stamp to a Hamburg maker with '41 date, piece has wear, some staining and soiling and few small picks and holes, nice earlier example, USD $375 SOLD
