Set of theatre made finger ring, photo album and maps pertaining to a Heer member of the DAK, album includes photos of soldier and comrades in Italy, in training and, mostly, in North Africa, the majority of the photos are of the soldier and his comrades in the desert wearing Heer tropical clothing, faded caps, etc., included are two large folded maps - of Tobruk and El-Adem, the ring itself has a maker's mark on the reverse, the front is engraved AK 1941 with palm tree and swastika, one side of the ring depicts a Bedouin on camel while the other side appears to show an oasis scene, one photo depicts the former owner wearing what may be this ring, neat set, USD $565 SOLD
