Super unit marked Luftwaffe M35 double decal helmet, SE64 shell, lot number 4036, having 1938 dated undisturbed reinforced aluminum liner bands, liner pins are tight with their washers and there is dust and insect debris between shell and liner bands, the brown colored leather liner is in excellent condition with its drawstring and is stamped size 56, with partial dome stamp, there is an additional prominent black unit stamp for 1.L.G.N.Rgt.13 (Luftnachrichten), the full length brown leather chinstrap has an aluminum buckle and is maker marked and dated 1938, the smooth blue grey colored factory painted finish is almost completely intact with just a small scuffs and scratches, the pins' paint coverage is complete, the second pattern Luftwaffe eagle and national colors decals have a couple of insignificant rubs, splendid example, USD $5500 SOLD
