Heer M42 single decal rough textured camouflaged helmet, stamped ET64, inner skirt stamped lot number 557, former owner or owner's names are applied in the rear position, having steel liner bands with tan leather liner. liner complete with drawstring and has some lightish dry spots of what may be mildew, liner pins hold the bands tightly and all washers are present, there is a good deal of dust between bands and shell, the tip has parted from the original chinstrap, internally the factory field grey paint has a few scratches and some of the camo paint has dripped over the edges, there is a dome stamp, the thickly textured camouflage paint has woodchips, the colors are a medium green and deep ochre, almost orange, the paints were brush applied with the green portions being painted over the ochre base, the pins also have the same camo paint, there are a few chips and scratches to the paint, about 95% of the camo finish remains, unique, USD $3275 SOLD
