Description
Complete and excellent M18 helmet, shell stamped G.62, rear inner skirt is stamped in black 62 over a block letter symbol, helmet has steel liner bands, with off white colored three section leather liner including original pads and drawstring, the reverse of each liner pad has a a finger stamped in purple ink with the Furth-based maker's information, the brown leather chinstrap has a friction buckle and adjustable slide, one section of the leather chinstrap has parted where it loops the bale, the factory matter green paint shows little actual service wear but does have some scratching, flaking and matting from long storage, paint coverage is approximately 90%, very difficult to find in this condition, USD $1500 SOLD
