-THIS ITEM IS SOLDStriking M16 camouflaged helmet with full liner, shell stamped with (what looks to be ) AL66, chinstrap lugs are fixed into position, steel liner bands, light colored leather liner components, two of which still have their pads, the tips of two are torn and the very end of another is missing, corded drawstring, gauze label with legend 'Donnie Smith 206' applied with adhesive, base green factory paint was covered externally in camouflage covers of dark green chocolate brown and dark ocher, the colors being separated by thick black painted bars, the paint is thick and despite the areas of wear and the little chips, finish would still rate 95% or more, nice looking M16 camo, USD $1285 SOLD
