Japanese army sun helmet, lightweight flexible helmet constructed covered with light tan colored cotton panels, lined in cream colored cotton and having an adjustable suspension system of white cloth tape and cords, also includes an adjustable chinstrap of the same colored tan cotton, woven star insignia is machine sewn to the helmet's front, with two machine applied labels to the inner lning plus additional black ink stampings to the cloth loops that anchor the lining components, star insigne is abraded, helmet is undamaged and exhibits only light wear, soling and staining, the liner components where they met the forehead are somewhat darkened, about a size 60, in remarkable condition considering its potential fragility, USD $450 SOLD
